Hi! I am Elena Gobber, founder of ElenaFitandFun.
I am a Personal Trainer, Nutrition and Functional Training Specialist. (ACE, American Council on Exercise), Fitness and Pilates instructor accredited by the EFA (European Fitness Association).
I have been working in the Fitness Industry for over 16 years, first in Italy- my home Country- and then in Ireland and Spain.
I speak English, Italian and some Spanish. I love my job.. it changed my life!
My mission is helping people achieving a healthy lifestyle, transforming their bodies and keeping fit. Yes, it's not about killer workouts or starving, it's about balance, a combination of exercise, healthy eating, being focused, committed.
