REFUND POLICY

ElenaFitandFun Program Acknowledgements:
You are releasing ElenaFitandFun from any liability while working out independently: the assigned workouts/programs are structured to be performed without a trainer present.

Returns/Refunds:
After completing ElenaFitandFun's questionnaire, you no longer qualify for a program refund. To request a refund - like a purchase mistake-please email via"Contact Us" page before you fill in our questionnaire.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially recorded.

 If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at elexfitness@gmail.com.

Gifts/Vouchers:
If a program was purchased as a gift, please provide the recipient with the order number provide in the purchase confirmation email to redeem. Programs purchased must be redeemed during 2020.

Gift cards must be redeemed within 6 months from purchase.
