7 Day Customized Meal Plan Includes:
- Customized macro count according to your height, weight, age, body type, goals.
- Comprehensive breakdown of what to eat for every meal/ snack including macro totals.
- Shopping list
Equipment Needed for Home Workouts:
- Set of dumbbells (weight that is challenging for you). I would suggest an adjustable set that can be used as a barbell too (with connection bar).
- A bench is great but not required. You could use something else like a piano bench, stair or a stepper.
- Some moves include a yoga ball, disc sliders, booty bands to add variety and enhance the moves.All inexpensive tools you can purchase online.
After the 8 weeks:
- 35€/month renewal option to continue training with me month-to-month after the challenge ends. Includes four weeks of workouts, and continued support and new workouts.
